Registered Designs
An industrial design refers to the design applied on an article of manufacture. The actual subject matter of such a design may lie in the configuration or shape of the article, its surface ornamentation and so on. The design must be new in order for the design registration to be valid. However, there is no examination as to the novelty of the design.
